Coventry University (Study Inn)
Description: Our role was to change the ground floor and basement into student accommodation.It was previously a children’s play area with climbing frames on two floors.
This was very difficult in that being in the Coventry City Centre there was not any room for external storage, parking etc. In addition the time scale was very tight being just eight weeks, nevertheless we completed the project on time.
The end result created 12 students rooms each with en-suite pods and two shared kitchens, and three large social rooms in the basement. The existing heating system was adapted as was the ventilation system in the basement.
