Description: This bungalow is a private residential care home consisting of five bedrooms, all of which have en-suit wet rooms finished to a high standard.
Built over old disused mine workings, the grounds had to be stabilised and void grouted. Raft foundations were used, completed with a gas barrier. The walls are fully insulated cavity, with all internal walls built using dense block work to help dampen and restrict sound passage.
